"a safe path" offers youth substance abuse counseling. The program is convenient, counseling is offered in school, it is friend-oriented to those counseled and it is confidential.

Our program is sponsored by the Kent County, Maryland Public Health Department and is supported by the Local Management Board of Kent County (LMB).
