a safe path, sponsored by the Kent County Public Health Department and The Local Management Board of Kent County, provides school-based adolescent substance abuse counseling services in the Middle School and High School of Kent County. During the summer, counseling services are available at the Kent County Behavioral Health Outpatient Mental Health Clinic.
From initial assessment, to a determined course of action - guidance, counseling sessions, and education for preventative measures are provided.
